Primarily known for picturesque beauty and toy-town cityscape, Dal Lake in Mcleod Ganj is a great place to enjoy picnicking with family. Mcleod Ganj is also a prominent place where various ailments are treated using rare Buddhist medicines having herbal ingredients. Also visit the Church of St. John- an Anglican church that was constructed way back in the year 1852. Post breakfast, you will be taken out for a sightseeing tour of Dalhousie which lets you visit Panchpula- a charming picnic spot with gushing streams and waterfalls.

Next you will visit Subhash Baoli which is a perennial natural hot water spring named after freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose. It is believed that Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose used to drink water from this natural spring during the days he meditated here. In the afternoon, leave for Khajjiar which is also known as ‘mini Switzerland of India’ and visit the famous Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary. Return back to the hotel in Dalhousie for dinner and an overnight stay
